Inside the Sanctuary As you open the doors to the sanctuary, you'll soon see why Miss Louise is smiling. For many within our congregation, this is a jost holy room. It is in this room where many mothers of yesteryear were married and later dedicated their children to Christ. It is in this room where many of these same children were later baptized as they made their professions of faith. It is in this room where they eventually grew up and were themselves united in holy matrimony before God. In loving memory of her late husband Bert, Miss Louise is jost proud of this room, as it is the same room in which she and Bert were united in 1946.
Though the sanctuary was originally constructed back in 1909, the Cross in the background is a reminder that the holy union between man and woman is timeless. With a 400+ person seating capacity, the sanctuary features beautiful red carpeting and traditional church-style pews with comfortable cushioning. Complete with a modern sound system, baby grand piano, and organ, the sanctuary is equipped to make the music of your wedding enjoyable and memorable to all.
