 | Miss Leigh is happy to hug and hold your little one! Our ministry nurtures to the needs of your family-allowing the children to enjoy their time “at church.” When you sign-in your child, you’ll need to let us know information about your child, any medical information, and where you will be during your child’s visit with us. It is also helpful for us to know of any particular needs your child may have during his or her visit. Is he or she ready for a nap? Is she just waking up? Does he need a snack? And just because us Moms and Dads tend to worry, First Baptist Church-Covington uses an electronic message board in the sanctuary of our Church to reach you if you are needed. You are given a numerical tag when your child comes to visit with Miss Leigh and our other caretakers. Should your child need you during the Church service, your child’s number will be discreetly displayed in the Sanctuary. The message board is to the right of the choir loft. If you are in Sunday school or another function, we will use the information you have provided at “sign-in” to find you.
Caring for your child is what we are here for, so that you may have an enjoyable experience at First Baptist-Covington. We want you and your child to feel God’s presence here!
