It is our goal that when students graduate to the 4th and 5th grade Sunday School class, they will have been exposed to the basics of each book of the Bible. We believe this foundation is critical in the overall spiritual growth of our younger children.
In our class we utilize the Bible as our course material. Each child is given a Study Bible for children which is kept in our classroom. This class is a "hands on" class in which students learn how to locate books of the Bible, find scripture, relate Biblical happenings, etc... This class is also a "friendly helper" class, which means that students are encouraged to assist each other when using the Bible.

Our class schedule is broken out as follows:
9:45 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.    Fellowship/Pre Lesson Activity
10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.    Lesson Time
10:30 a.m. - 10:40 a.m.    Prayer Time/Review/Dismissal

We also believe that it is important for parents to take time during the week to assist students in their spiritual training. We encourage each child to memorize the Books of the Old Testament, Books of the New Testament, The Lord's Prayer, and the 23rd Psalm.

The Lord has blessed us, and we are grateful for the opportunity to teach the 2nd and 3rd graders. We are thankful for the parents' dedication in bringing their children to Sunday School, and we ask that each of you remember us in your prayers.

Faithfully,
Kim and Wanda
