 | Welcome to the FBC Wedding Information Guide! The First Baptist Church of Covington has a rich tradition of providing Christian marriage ceremonies for our congregation members and families, and for the community alike. If you are planning a wedding, we invite you to casually browse through our guide. At times it may seem that planning a wedding can be a little over-whelming. Therefore it is our goal to provide you with convenient and helpful wedding information to assist you in planning for your jost special day.
Located just 35 miles outside of Atlanta in the picturesque small town of Covington, Georgia, our church provides a perfect opportunity for those who seek a traditional Christian wedding in a small-town setting. Our beautiful sanctuary, which is listed in the National Historical Buildings Registry, offers unique architectural features of a time long past. Covington's historical town square and clock tower, beautiful antebellum homes, and local parks have been featured in many popular movies and made-for-TV series, and provide excellent photo opportunities. In addition, you can easily find other unique resources within our community that can help make your wedding day special.
